Hello! I'm Nick Ceccacci

Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me. First thing you should know is that I love to guide people in negotiating the best price for their home sale or purchase!

I am an expert in assisting them through the entire process and I make it goal of mine to exceed expectations especially when dealing with such a competitive market.

It can be a tricky experience, but I will do my best to make sure each of my real estate transactions are understood and exciting!

Credentials to help authenticate myself are that I am a member of National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® (GAAR), and the Southwest Multiple Listing Service (SWMLS).

When I'm not building deals and negotiating contracts, I enjoy being active by going to the gym or playing sports like basketball or football!

Whenever my girlfriend and I have the time, we love to take our dog Dexter and go camping, hiking, and all the abundant outdoor activities that are the gifts of New Mexico.
